Kittery Land Trust

The Kittery Land Trust’s mission is to work creatively with landowners, citizens, the Town of Kittery, schools, and neighboring conservation organizations to conserve, steward, and enjoy the natural areas that enhance Kittery’s quality of life, now and into the future.

To achieve our mission, we...

• Have conserved and stewarded over 1000 acres of land and contiune to work to save even more. 
• Provide outdoor education for people 0-100 through our "Muddy Boots" preschool program, our partnership with the kittery school district, and workshops for adults on our saved lands.
• Grow over 7,000lbs of fresh produce a year that is donated to 10 organizations fighting food insecurity in our community.
