With the help of carefully vetted volunteers and vendors, Neighborhood Network centers on the whole person, providing an evolving menu of services and resources for adults as they approach retirement and into their later years as they continue to live in their own homes. Neighborhood Network falls under the auspices of York Housing Authority and with York Hospital. Volunteer opportunities include transportation, help after a hospital stay, companionship, running errands, pet care, meal delivery and/or preparation, home maintenance such as snow shoveling, gardening or small repairs, housekeeping, hairdressing, office help and more.
What We Do
Neighborhood Network is a member-bassed non-profit referral program that allows seniors to live independently at home and in the community. Our program covers the towns of York, Eliot, South Berwick, Kittery, Wells and Ogunquit.
