Curious about what's inside the complex of brick buildings in downtown Biddeford?
The Biddeford Mills Museum is reopening in June and we are in need of people to help the Tour Guides with the logistics of the tour - set up props, make sure no one wanders off, etc.
The two hour tours run Wednesdays - Saturdays from 10 am- noon from June - Labor Day. WE usually have the Aids come in around 9:30 and leave when the tour ends, may be until 12:30 depending on how many questions the tourists have.
Aides should be able to walk and stand for two hours, go up and down stairs as the tour is not handicap accessible, and positively interact with the tourists. Also, comfortable closed-toe shoes are required as the floor are uneven and you may be going through areas where there is construction. Each building may be a different temperature and a small part of the tour is outside as it goes from building to building
