Description
Local Coordinators for the USA High School program are the face of CIEE in their communities. They find host families and schools in their area and match them with CIEE international students. Local Coordinators are at the center of the exchange process?giving the experience personal and local support that is invaluable for all parties involved. CIEE Local Coordinators actively enjoy the exchange experience once students have arrived in their community, by helping students assimilate through arranging group cultural activities and showing students America through their eyes. Many develop life-long relationships with their students and stay in touch for years to come!
