Volunteer: Volunteer Drivers NeededITNPortland is seeking volunteers to drive older adults and those with a disability in the Greater Portland area. Rides with us aren’t just for medical appointments- our service provides our members with rides to essentials as well as recreation activities, religious activities, and shopping. Life isn’t just about medical appointments, and we help those who cannot drive themselves stay active and engaged in their community. Volunteer drivers are needed for all times, but the need is greatest for weekdays between 8am and 5pm. All volunteers are provided training, and can be reimbursed for mileage.
