Buxton Hollis Historical Society

We maintain the Library and Museum at 100 Main St, Bar Mills, the N. C. Watson One Room School and the historic 1802 Elden Store at Buxton Center.  These facilities provide research information and exhibits of local Buxton and Hollis history.

The Buxton-Hollis Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization organized for the purpose of collecting artifacts and preserving and publishing documents pertaining to the history of Buxton and Hollis, Maine.
