Who We Are
River Tree Arts is a non-profit organization whose mission is to bring the joy and benefits of the performing and visual arts to everyone in our community. We believe the arts are crucial to the process of building community and, therefore, we foster opportunities for people to come together to create, learn and celebrate.
What We Do
River Tree Arts is a nonprofit arts center that has served our southern Maine communities for more than 40 years, providing a place where creativity is nurtured and explored. Our robust schedule of programs offers something for all ages. Students and visitors can experience visual and performing arts through an array of art classes and workshops, music lessons, and dance classes. Families love our week-long summer camps and hosting creative birthday parties with us. Student dancers proudly perform with our talented, competitive dance team, and we also feature special art gallery exhibits and festive seasonal events.
