Life Choice Hospice

At Life Choice Hospice our goal is to support patients with terminal illnesses as well as their families/caregivers, and we firmly believe that no one should die alone. In fact, our mission is to preserve each patient's dignity and to alleviate the fear associated with dying through pain control, comfort care and symptom management.

Life Choice Hospice interdisciplinary team is committed to caring for the patient and loved ones together in a comfortable and familiar surrounding. The volunteer plays a vital role on the hospice team by providng compassion support. Giving time to patients who are dying is truly an enriching and rewarding experience.
