Portland Media Center

We are a small group of media professionals, and we produce, and train others to produce, video and online content for the Portland community. We stream Portland City Council meetings on our website. We are a platform for the exercise of your First Amendment rights of free speech

We are the Portland Public Acccess Center, and we manage and operate cable channels 2 & 5 in the Portland area. We are a community organization, not affiliated with the cable company. We train people in video production.
