Senior Volunteer Program Snack & Chat

The Opportunity Alliance's Senior Volunteer Programs are holding a "Snack & Chat" to learn about becoming a volunteer!

Thursday, October 25th from 10-11am in 4 convenient locations:

South Portland Community Center: 1 Nelson Rd, South Portland

Westbrook Community Center – Elm Room: 426 Bridge St, Westbrook

Gray Public Library: 5 Hancock St, Gray

York County Community Action Corp.—Dupee Room: 6 Spruce St, Sanford

Attend one of these meetings to learn about volunteer opportunities and benefits for adults 55+ in Southern Maine!

Foster Grandparents: Volunteer in schools & child development centers

Senior Companions: Help isolated adults maintain independence

Benefits include: Stipend for those meeting generous income guidelines, training, and paid mileage
