Are you a friendly, compassionate individual who enjoys helping others and being part of a supportive team? We are looking for volunteers to join our team as Front Lobby Greeters at Nasson Health Care in Springvale, ME!

The Southern Maine Agency on Aging is partnering up with Nasson Health Care to recruit volunteers for this key, impactful role. Nasson Health Care is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based, affordable, and respectful care to individuals in York County.

As a Front Lobby Greeter, you’ll be the first friendly face patients and visitors see, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth experience at our health center.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Assist with directions and answer questions about our services
• Help patients check in and direct them to the appropriate areas
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth patient flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Assist with special needs, like helping patients get access to a wheelchair
• Ensure confidentiality and uphold the Nasson Service Pledge

Volunteer Details:

Location: 15 Oak Street, Springvale, ME
Volunteer Hours: Flexible hours between 8 AM and Noon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Commitment: Ideally, at least 6 hours per week with a 4-month commitment
Training: Orientation (2-3 hours) provided by Nasson staff
