With this expansion, clear and compelling communication of our mission and impact is more important than ever. This is an exciting time to be engaged with YFO, and we are seeking a new board member with expertise in marketing and communications to help guide our outreach and storytelling. The ideal candidate will:
Bring professional experience in marketing, public relations, or communications strategy.
Provide guidance on how YFO can strengthen its public presence, brand, and community engagement.
Support efforts to communicate the impact of YFO’s work to donors, partners, and the broader community.
Help identify opportunities to expand visibility through media, partnerships, and digital platforms.
Like all board members, this individual will also share in governance responsibilities: attending monthly board meetings, serving on committees as needed, assisting with fundraising, and acting as an ambassador for YFO in the community.
