We are seeking volunteers to collect donations for Spurwink’s annual School Supply Drive. This could range anywhere from promoting the drive through photos and link sharing on social media to organizing a drop-off site at your workplace or elsewhere in your community to collect physical donations. There is so much room to get creative with this! Spurwink will provide a kit including a flyer, images and links to post on social media, and signage for the drop box; if hosting a drop box, we would ask you to supply the box itself.
This would be a great opportunity for any high school students seeking volunteer hours, and it would make an amazing talking point on college applications and résumés.
All donations collected should be dropped off at Spurwink (6 Ashley Drive, Scarborough, ME) by August 7.
