Veterans! This is your chance to make a difference in the life of a lonely or socially isolated veteran in southern Maine.
Vet to Vet Maine matches veteran volunteers with veteran friends who are in need of companionship. As a Vet to Vet Maine volunteer, you will help another veteran, socialize with other veteran volunteers, and access information about veteran services and other programs that may apply to both the volunteer and the veteran receiving visits. Regular volunteer meetings currently take place via Zoom.
Opportunities to volunteer behind the scenes at Vet to Vet Maine for those who are not veterans are available.
