Here at the BSM we are gearing up for our next major event, the Vintage Base Ball Weekend, held June 9th – 10th.
Saturday, June 9, 10AM - 3PM:
1860s Day at the Museum! Discover the day-to-day life in the 1860s with the 3rd Maine Infantry Reenactors! Plus, a discussion of 1860s baseball rules (for tomorrow's game!).
Sunday, June 10, 11AM - 2PM:
Vintage Baseball Game at Parsons Field! 1860s rules played.
We are in need of volunteers for both days on that weekend. Even if you are only able to make an hour or two, we would appreciate your help! And what better way to spend a June weekend than meeting historic re-enactors and enjoying vintage baseball?
