On Saturday April 13th, Saco River Theatre will be hosting their first annual Preseason Prep and Volunteer Orientation day. We need a bit of help to ready the theater and the grounds for opening night on the 18th.
We will gather at the Theater at 11 am, there will be a short introduction and greeting session, followed by assigning responsibilities for the day. Prep work will be from 11:30am until 1:00pm, at which point we will break for lunch and to discuss the volunteer assignments available for the season. To those of you whom are interested in volunteering with us throughout the season, volunteer handbooks will be passed out during this time.
Assignments we will need help with on Prep Day:

- vaccuuming
- washing windows
- setting up chairs and risers
- cleaning the green room
(outside)
- trash clean up along the road and parking areas
- raking
- weeding
- moving heavy platforms
- inventory
- restroom clean up
