If you are comfortable interacting with the public and have a friendly personality, Saco River Theatre needs you! We are scheduling volunteers for our summer season and would love for you to join our team! No experience is necessary, we’ll train you.
We are a 501c3 non-profit small professional theatre located in Bar Mills.
Our volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. Saco River Theatre relies on the dedication, expertise, and courtesy of our volunteer team to provide our patrons with the level of quality experiences they have come to enjoy and expect! Your welcoming smile and helpful information are what make people feel at home and excited to come back.
Box Office volunteers are responsible for greeting and checking in guests as they enter the theatre. They provide a welcoming and friendly face to all our guests, hand out programs, help guide guests in and out of the theatre at the appropriate times and answer patron questions.
We'll put you to work 90 minutes before the show starts. Volunteering grants you and a guest a complimentary seat to the given show!
