Founded in 1992, the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Co. & Museum is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational organization with a mission to educate the public and preserve historic equipment related to Maine's two-foot gauge railways. The Polar Express™ Train Ride will be the largest annual event for 2022 at the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Co. & Museum. This holiday train has become an annual tradition for thousands of families, drawing over 20,000 passengers in 2021! Maine Narrow Gauge considers this year extraordinary and wants to ensure that this Maine holiday tradition continues.
We are looking for volunteers to support the Polar Express Train Ride - this could include making hot chocolate and spreading Christmas cheer aboard the train!
