Description

Volunteers providing phone support help keep our organization connected and responsive. This role may require being on-site to answer incoming calls and check voicemails from the general phone line. Calls and messages can include a variety of topics, such as furniture donation questions, client inquiries, case manager requests, or general organizational questions. Volunteers should be professional, patient, understanding, and considerate in all interactions. *Training Required.
