Portland Wheelers is growing!
Do you have time each month to devote to a nonprofit whose mission includes the word “fun?” We need a variety of skilled and experienced “off-bike” volunteers to strengthen our service.
As a nonprofit organization now in its 6th year of operations, Portland Wheelers is consistently meeting its mission of providing "Outdoor Adapted Biking Fun" for people who cannot ride a bike by themselves but would love to go for a ride. We are on solid financial footing and have created enormous community goodwill.
Roles we need to fill include:

Board Directors with diverse backgrounds to better serve our constituents. We have a particular need for people living with a disability or with contacts in the disability community.

Skilled community members for committees, which include: Development (Events and Sponsorship subcommittees), Finance, Community Outreach, and Program. Do you have skills or experience related to any of these that you would like to contribute?
